Location: Toronto, ON
Salary Range: $52,000 – $58,000 Annually
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking for a new opportunity? Enrage Staffing Solutions is hiring for an exciting full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk position for one of our valued clients in the recycling industry!
About the Role:
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing customer contracts, billing, payments, and collections. You'll be responsible for processing financial transactions, verifying invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with the finance team to maintain collection goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer claims, refunds, and accounting transactions
• Verify and process invoices for goods and services
• Resolve billing discrepancies and misapplied cash transactions
• Prepare detailed A/R reports for management
• Maintain credit applications and customer information
Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or similar administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and work in a dynamic environment
