Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 4 years experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing factory Knowledgeable in pneumatic conveying, automation, dust systems, and PLC Demonstrated trouble shooting skills The ability to safely operate power / hand tools and all related safety equipment Team player and able to work with minimal supervision Preventative maintenance Support preventative maintenance program for all production equipment. You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & systems to ensure ongoing usage and minimize downtime. Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance repairs. Participate in troubleshooting equipment for repair. Experience maintaining spot welding equipment Must have written and spoken English language proficiency skills General fabrication using industrial shop equipment Complete and document preventative and predictive maintenance tasks Maintain and repair hydraulic systems Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas for plant maintenance Scheduling preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance Clean, lubricate and perform maintenance work Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts Record time spent, parts used and repairs and/or maintenance conducted on appropriate internal forms Maintain shop cleanliness and organization Maintain a safe and clean, productive and efficient work area Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, D Preferred Able to problem solve and think logically Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must have written and spoken English language proficiency skills
