**Minimum 5 years of as a Customer Service Experience in a manufacturing setup is required.
**Automotive industry manufacturing experience is an asset.
**Strong Excel skills (including Pivot tables, xlookups and analytical formulas)
**Working knowledge of SAP (Sales/Order management, Inventory Analysis, Billing, etc).
**Understands Incoterms and basic logistical processes for Deliveries/Shipments.
**Takes ownership of tasks and possesses mature attitude towards job responsibilities.
**Must have strong collaboration skills and is a team player.
**Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Strong attention to detail, customer orientation and business acumen.
**Must be self motivated and display the skills required to develop and motivate employees.
**Exceptional time management, and organizational skills.
**Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
**Able to work well under pressure.
**Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
**Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
